About Priya
Priya holds a PhD in Computer Science and brings six years of experience editing technical academic writing and mentoring students through programming coursework. Across 1,200+ documents she has supported computing, engineering and data science students with the particular challenge of writing about technical work clearly — explaining methods, results and systems in language a marker can follow.
Technical disciplines are where good writing is most often undervalued and most often penalised. Priya helps students present algorithms, experiments and results with the precision and clarity their work deserves, while keeping every claim accurate to what they actually did.
How Priya works
Priya edits in tracked changes and is especially strong on the structure of technical reports, methods sections, and results reporting, as well as IEEE referencing. She never alters data, results or analysis — she clarifies how they're communicated.
She also leads our Programming Guidance service, helping students understand and debug their own code. Her firm line: she explains, mentors and debugs, but never writes code for submission. Students leave able to reproduce and defend their solutions themselves.
